The Vibro-Flow 5 is a compact, stainless‑steel processing solution engineered to unlock the full potential of the patented Vibro® Membrane Filtration technology. 

The system is designed for use with 2.5/5 m² Vibro‑I cartridge and is ideal for both process development and small‑scale manufacturing. 

The system comes equipped with positive displacement feed and permeate pumps, pressure/flow/temperature monitoring, built in safety interlocks, and adjustable user alarm functions for safe and reliable operation.

The optional permeate control feature ensures precise regulation of either TMP or flux. By actively adjusting the permeate pump, the system maintains uniform membrane performance. 

Combining low energy consumption and minimal shear impact,  the Vibro‑Flow 5 provides an optimal, reliable, and product‑friendly filtration process, perfectly suited for even the most sensitive media.
